Questions, questions! My friends often ask me about my tattoos and whether they should get more/some too.
Obviously, having a tattoo is a personal decision, but as a tattoo enthusiast, I say to them that it’s very satisfying to see an image in your mind become something alive and moving on your skin. However, this isn’t always the case.
How many of us have seen the generic, cookie-cutter type of tattoos on the people we pass in the streets? I’m talking about the ones that everyone has. For me, being tattooed is all about yourself and not about other people, which is why I really encourage anyone looking at lower back tattoo designs to consider using some custom tattoo designs.

Try to be as specific as possible, as you want to ensure that they see you as a serious contender for their art, but also that you are not just another guinea pig for them to try out their latest creations. Creative input from them is great and should be well received, but you must ensure that you are the driving force behind your tattoo as you will be the one who has to wear it after it’s inked on.
Speak to friends who have had tattoos inked on and see what they say: do they regret their tattoo? what would they have done differently? Give yourself as much information as possible to be as well informed as you can. The results will speak for themselves!
