Having a tree as part of your tattoo may not be the first thing you think of, but it can really help to give your design a grounding.
The branches of the tree can spread out symmetrically and can support whatever else you want. You might want to ensure that anything else you put on top of the tree matches the tree, or you may wish to include some controversy by mixing up what you want in the design; it’s up to you.
Trees are obviously symbolic of growth, age and being wise, as well as health and life. Therefore, by incorporating a tree into your design, you can suggest lots of different things.

ask an artsy friend or bring your idea to a taotto shop. do some research online and find a talented taotto artist in your area, and bring your idea to him (make sure you specify which colors you want for the hearts) and then give him creative license. make sure you mention to him that you want there to be room for expansion of it later without it looking awkward or added on. Tattoo artists are artists, and the good ones relish coming up with original artwork and ideas instead of just doing exactly what someone brings in on a piece of paper or picks off the wall.Ask the artist to draw it for you. They know what they are doing.
